The photograph depicts the life-threatening gunshot wounds Nala had while Plaintiff Robledo was detained without lawful authority by Tampa Police Department officers and prevented from transporting Nala for emergency veterinary care. The photograph was taken at BluePearl Pet Hospital immediately following the detention.
